Salvation means being saved from sin and death, and being brought into a restored relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ.

Humanity was created for fellowship with God, but sin entered the world through disobedience, bringing separation, brokenness, and death (Romans 3:23). As a result, the world is filled with corruption, violence, injustice, sickness, and hopelessness. No amount of human wisdom, government, or effort can fully heal the spiritual wound of sin. We see the effects of this every day—wars, greed, hatred, division, addictions, and the emptiness people feel even when they have worldly success. These are signs of a world desperately longing for redemption. The Bible declares that the answer is not found in ourselves, but in Jesus Christ. God sent His Son as the Savior of the world (John 3:16–17). Only through Christ can we be forgiven, restored, and given eternal life. He is the hope for individuals, families, communities, and nations.
"But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God."
John 1:23
