In September of 2008 Pastor Joel and his wife Dinora, started Living Water Church. Living Water Church is a non-denominational church that truly focuses on Faith, Worship, and People. Joel and Dinora are called to help people grow in a church setting without compromising the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor loves to meet and engage new people of all walks of life. Helping couples is his passion.  Pastor Joel and Dinora enjoy spending time together and with their 3 daughters, Alyssa, Janessa, and Emeli. Pastor Joel worked for Woodland Park Police Department for over 24 years and retired on September 2024. 

Since 2012 he is the Chaplain of the WPPD and Chaplain of the Police Benevolent Association Local 173.. Pastor Joel is a Silver Card Recipient which is one of the highest honor bestowed to any civilian. Pastor Joel holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Lee University and a Master in Pastoral Care from the New York Theological Seminary. Pastor Joel also hold an iTHIRST Spiritual Companionship Certification Training Certificate from Seton Hall University. A special program to operate a Recovery Ministry that helps individuals, and families who have been afflicted by addictive behaviors. 

In September of 2008 Pastor Dinora, alongside her husband began Living Water Church. Pastor Dinora has a prophetic gift that imparts the heart of God to many women. Shepherding lives and hearts is one of her deepest honors, and an incredible responsibility that humbles her daily. She is a passionate and dedicated leader within the church family. As Pastor Joel's wife, she serves as a spiritual guide, mentor, and encourager to the women and families of our congregation. Her heart for ministry and compassion for others is evident in everything she does. With a deep commitment to nurturing faith, Pastor Dinora is actively involved in many aspects of church life, including women’s ministry and family support. 

Her warm presence and wisdom bring strength to our church, and she is a tireless advocate for the growth of every individual in their walk with God. Dinora is a phlebotomy Supervisor at Quest Diagnostics and her leadership extends beyond the pulpit through her role in leading teams, organizing special events, and initiatives. Her favorite scripture, Joshua 22:5: "Serve the Lord with all your heart and soul". This verse reflects her heart for service and love for God’s people. In her spare time, Pastor Dinora enjoys reading, anything chocolate, and spending time with their 3 daughters, Alyssa, Janessa, and Emeli.
